What we build

Every EzguPro product runs on one multi-tenant platform: a shared AI engine, store catalogs, orders and analytics, with its own markets and channels per product.

Problem: Small and mid-size retail loses leads in chat: nobody answers at night, advice differs every time, and discounts are given at the seller’s discretion.
Solution: The AI agent understands text and voice, searches the catalog with live stock, advises and negotiates within the store’s rules. Gemini runs the dialogue, while prices and discounts are computed by a deterministic pricing engine, so margin stays under control. Channels: Telegram, Instagram Direct, WhatsApp and a website widget.

Status: In production since May 2026. Multi-tenant SaaS, from solo sellers to chains with an inventory system. Merchants onboard themselves in the app.ezgu.store dashboard.

Problem: Shoppers in Kazakhstan message stores on WhatsApp and Instagram and expect an instant reply. Manual answers take hours, and the shopper buys from whoever replied first.
Solution: The same platform as EzguSavdo, localised for Kazakhstan: Kazakh and Russian interface, prices in tenge, WhatsApp as the primary channel. A merchant connects the AI agent on their own in a few minutes.

Status: Launched in October 2026 at ezgu.kz.

Problem: Shoppers do not know which store has the item they need and do not want to browse dozens of catalogs and chats.
Solution: The shopper says or types what they are looking for, and EzguBozor finds matching products across the catalogs of stores on the platform and sends them to the seller. Public store pages on *.ezgubozor.uz are open to search engines and AI assistants.
Technology: Gemini (Vertex AI), hybrid search (trigram + embeddings), Python, PostgreSQL
Status: Interactive demo at demo.ezgubozor.uz.

Problem: Lawyers spend hours on routine documents, and hearing minutes are still taken by hand.
Solution: An AI workspace generates claims and contracts under Uzbek law, and the "Court" module automatically transcribes hearing audio with speaker separation.
