About the company

We build and deploy what actually works in real businesses

EzguPro is a development and implementation team based in Tashkent. We automate business processes, implement CRM systems and connect tools that used to work in isolation.

We do not only deliver client projects, we also run our own products. That changes the approach: we are accountable for our systems in production every day and we know what a platform looks like a year after launch.

Solution
The AI agent understands text and voice, picks products, advises and negotiates within the store’s rules. The language model runs the dialogue, but prices and discounts are computed by a deterministic pricing engine, so margin stays under control.
